The Softory Media Concept enables you to find just the information you need in a large base of digital video. The figure below illustrates the concept:

The core of the concept is the media index which describes the content of the digital video files in your video base. Each entry in the index points to a media clip which it describes form different perspectives, e.g. where, who, how, when, why.

Softory Media Analyzer is designed for building media indexes.

Softory Media Query is designed for finding clips in a media index based on the description in the index.

Softory Media Query is included in Softory Media Analyzer.
